This is a very disappointing pet store. I found the owner and staff unhelpful, and rude. It's also very untidy, and I think the parrots should be given larger cages.

Recently, after agreeing a price to sell our budgies to them, we made the effort in taking the animals and the cage to them. The owner knew we had gone to a lot of effort in getting there, and on arrival, he then went back on his word and offered a lower amount than agreed. I suggested we did a deal for just the budgies, and I would keep the cage. His response was sell him the whole package, or leave the store. Not nice people to do business with, and I will never step foot inside this shabby store again.

I warn people I know not to approach this store if they can help it. My daughter and wife were very upset by the whole experience, and the owner took me for a ride, and pushed me into a corner with no consideration of the original agreement we had.

Also, before you buy anything from this store, please check your prices. The items for both animals and products are considerably more than other places.

I hope this review helps people, and I'm sorry I've been so negative about this company.

Brought our parrot tallulah from here in December 2015 we paid £700 and also brought cage from this pet shop in August 2016 tallulah started regurgitating and foaming at the mouth we took her to the vets she was kept in and had x rays done and blood tests done it came bk that tallulah had PDD a disease that is not curable and is so contagious that no bird with pdd should be near any other birds we do not and never have had another bird in our house!! I had to had feed tallulah but sadly the disease got the better of her and she had to be put down at the end of September she was only just a year old!! We wrote to the owners but they are not accepting responsibility and says the lady who breeds the birds has died of cancer even though the pet shop told us they breed and hand rear all birds and the vet has written a letter to say he believes the disease was passed from mother to egg and tattulah was in the shop day we brought her and another man brought a sibling of tallulah birds of this disease can just be carriers and not show signs till older but will still infect birds it comes in contact with we want this shop to take responsibility for the death of our bird she should have had many years left but this year sadly her ashes are in a box in our living room we are heartbroken please contact me anyone who has any other information from parrots brought from this shop as I will be taking this matter to court.
